Education is part of Servilles’ culture
Since its establishment in 1993, the Servilles Academy of Hairdressing has provided the industry with over 1,800 highly skilled graduates. In August 2010, Servilles opened the new Academy and head office premises, which is located over three floors and 2,725m² at 131 Queen Street in the heart of Auckland’s CBD. The head office supports business operations with accounting, operations, IT and marketing staff.

Moving a step beyond the Academy, the Salon Business Programme has been developed to provide salons with a complete business structure and strategy. To ensure a compelling learning experience, sessions are interactive, informative and thoroughly motivating.
Programme content has been carefully developed to provide participants with everything they need to develop a business strategy and execute it successfully in their salons. Most salon owners and managers know what they should be doing, but don’t know how to make it happen. This programme provides simple but thorough steps on how to introduce change into your salon and achieve business goals.
