Courses:Foundation Certificate In Hairdressing
It takes 34 weeks of full time training for students to complete this course and to achieve the skills required to excel in the hairdressing industry.
After successfully completing the 34 week course student can progress to secure paid employment within hair salons or continue on to the Advanced Certificate in Hairdressing.
Our highly trained tutors use the latest creative learning techniques to enable students to achieve the best possible results.
Our goal is to provide guidance and support whilst teaching students the foundation skills.
With hard work and application our training will enable students to develop their own flair, artistry and personality in preparation for developing their career further on the Servilles Advanced Certificate or by entering directly into the industry.

Course Hours
Study hours are Tuesday to Friday from 8.45am until 4.15pm. Monday is a self directed study day used for projects and assignments.

Fee Protection
Student fees will be held in trust in compliance with Section 236A of the Education Act 1989 as amended by the Education Act (No4) 1991

Course Acceptance
A letter will be sent to the applicant immediately following the interview to notify acceptance. On acceptance you will be required to return a contract to Servilles Academy within 5 working days.
Enrolment Procedures
Schedule an interview with our Recruitment Manager.
During this time you will have the opportunity to:
• Discuss your personal requirements
• Obtain details of your course content
• View the Servilles Academy of Hairdressing Campus and Salon
• Discuss fees, your contract and your eligibility for a student loan/allowances
• Complete enrolment forms
We encourage parents to accompany the prospective student to the interview as the course is very comprehensive and family support is important.
Withdrawal Procedures
If a student wishes to withdraw from a course after payment of any monies (in full or part) they are required to do so in writing to the Academy manger no later than 7 working days after the course commencement.
If a student withdraws within 7 working days of the first day of the course they will be entitled to, upon return of all equipment, a full refund of all monies minus a $500 administration fee.
